Basic Requirements
For Bike Rental
The user shall be not less than 18 years old, The user shall have a valid two-wheeler or motorcycle driver’s license.
Indian Nationality
Deposit Original Address proof (Aadhar card / Passport / Voter I.D or any ID’s issued by Gov.) Security Deposit* (refunded when the bike is returned).
Foreign Nationality
Deposit a Photo copy of the Passport, original copy of the return flight ticket, Driving License photo copy. Security deposit (refunded when the bike is returned post adjusting for non-engine damages).
Responsibility For Damage Or Loss
Customer agrees he/she will return the motorcycle in the same condition as when he/she rented the bike, The bike should be returned us in the end. If in any case the customer can’t bring back the bike, Customer can call us and we will bring the bike back to our garage/shop, but costumers have to pay for the services.
Late Return Fee
An additional day’s rental fee will be charged for each day customer keeps bike after the return date specified on the contract, All bikes must be returned directly to the company or wherever agreed.
Payment Booking Conditions
Security deposit of (Rs. 1000* & 2000* every day) will be taken at pick-up, Payment accepted by cash or Paytm, Reservation must be paid in 100% of the total invoice excluding taxes if applicable) to guarantee rate and rental date, Reservations are non-refundable, All rental models and rates vary by location and season.
Rate Excludes
Fuel, Personal Travel Insurance, Vaccinations and Medicine, Motorcycle clothing/gear and Helmet.
Restriction ’s
Hired vehicle shall not be used outside the city, Not to use the vehicle for any race or competition or illegal purpose, Not to operate the vehicle in a negligent manner, Not to permit the vehicle to be operated by any other person without the written permission of company.

Follow Indian Traffic Rules & Regulations While Driving.
Law & Jurisdiction
Complaints, Suits, Claims or Disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of court of Nainital.

I stayed there with my family from 15th April to 18th April. Guest house is good in appearance, service, food and drinks and cleanliness and value for money in small budget. Food is also good.
